great service but watch out for bugs
The staff were helpful, even lending a keyboard when one broke. They also provided umbrellas during a rainstorm without any hassle. The pool view added a relaxing touch to our stay.
I noticed some small insects around the common areas that might need addressing.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location, walk distance to old town. They rent cycle to get to the beach - 4 km distance. Good value for money.

Wonderful location very near the old quarter, in the domestic area. Really tasty and excellant selection for breakfast with fresh fruit, Vietnamese options and omelets made to order. Amazing pool, parking nearby.

Hoi An's hidden culinary gems shine brightest! I dined at Am Thuc Xeo Hoi An and enjoyed their mouthwatering local dishes. The pool was a perfect retreat with private vibes. Special shoutout to Helen at the front desk-her tips on nearby food spots were spot-on!
I did spot a cheeky rat roaming between the reception area and breakfast room on three days-yikes! Plus, the room was more dated than advertised, with noisy air conditioning and some damp issues. Breakfast options were limited compared to what's shown in photos.

Women at reception are very friendly and attentive, establishing rapport quickly and addressing us by name. One feels a more personal connection with the employees here than some other places. Staff very fluent in English (in contrast to some other hotels in Vietnam). making communication much easier and more enjoyable. Trip to MySon and our cab/train journey to Dong Hoi arranged and taken care off by reception, without much hassle from our side. Small but nice pool outside. Rooms clean with a bathtub and a balcony. Buffet breakfast served in the morning, and offers varied meals and fruit.
Hotel has a bit of a "run down" feeling, rooms furnished with some older looking furniture. However, this is not enough to greatly subtract from the overall experience.

Dated aspects in some areas of the hotel. The swimming pool felt uninspired with a lack of greenery. Some shortcomings in breakfast variety and minor cleanliness issues were noted, along with insufficient attention to room supplies such as coffee and tea.

The receptionists were exceptionally helpful in every possible way. They also spoke extremely good English and knew every guest by name. Location was good as it's a short enjoyable walk to the old town and on the beach side of town so only a 10 min cycle to the beach. Can hire bikes for $1 per day at the hotel. After a cycle back there's a little swimming pool in the coyrtyard to cool off in.

Beautiful staff who do their best to accommodate your needs, and great value. Very clean room and large bed. The hotel has a pool also, but the beach in Hoi An is perfect for a bike ride and swimming.
Nothing other than the bed was quite hard.

Fabulous hotel, the best value for money we experienced during our recent Vietnam holiday. Very large, clean and comfortable room. Huge bed strewn with rose petals, balcony, very good bathrooom with bath and shower and our own in-room computer. Excellent buffet breakfast with many options, swimming pool and exceptional staff who allowed us to use all facilities, including shower, until our late evening departure, at no extra cost. Easy 10 minute stroll to the town centre and riverside restaurants, but plenty of taxis if you preferred. 5 minute taxi ride to the lovely, sandy beach. Definitely would stay again - we were sorry we could only spend one night here. Highly recommended.

The people at the reception were so friendly and helpful, especially a woman who is always smiley, in a good mood and welcome you warmly, calling you by your first name each time she see you. The room was perfect. The real plus of the room is to have a computer with free internet access At first sight, we were surprised by the quality of our standard room as we tought that they gave us a superior room.
